HOW TO CONTACT US AND SUBMIT PROJECTS

  • Please provide as much detail about the project as possible.

  • An assessment will be done and you will be promptly contacted with a quote and an estimated completion time.

 

ACCEPTANCE, CONTRACT AND PAYMENT

  • A formal proposal will be provided, when an initial agreement has been made, confirming the job scope, schedule and fees to be paid.

  • A contract will then be initiated to define the project parameters and submitted for review and approval.

  • Upon receipt of the signed contract, a 50% deposit will be required to begin production.

  • An invoice will be generated at the end of each phase of the project (as outlined in the contract).  Payment will be accepted via Pay Pal, Venmo or major credit card.

 

ASSET COLLECTION AND DETAILS, DETAILS, DETAILS

To accurately and efficiently produce your renderings, we need as much information and detail that you can provide.

  • CAD files / Revit / MAX/ Sketchup / FBX / COLIDA

  • Plans PDF preferred, drawings, Sketches

  • Colors / Color pallets

  • Materials / Swatches

  • Notes, thoughts and ideas

  • Reference images

  • Manufacture web site links to products, paints, carpet and fabric swatches

 

PRODUCTION AND DRAFT APPROVAL

  • Once adequate information has been defined, production will begin by building the primary 3D model or models as outlined in the proposal/SOW.

  • A draft clay (gray) rendering will be provided to enable you to markup any concerns or changes to the model.  There are 2 options available:  1) an emailed rendering   2) an online service

  • Typically, 2 sets of revisions are permitted, not to exceed 2 hours of work, at no additional charge.

  • Upon approval of the clay draft, work will begin on the environment and the introduction of colors, materials, lighting and camera shots (composition).

  • A low-resolution color proof will then be provided for review and approval.  If further adjustments are required, the changes will be made, and re-submitted for final approval.

  • 2 sets of final color revisions are permitted, not to exceed 4 hours of work, at no additional charge.

 

FINAL APPROVAL, SIGN OFF AND DELIVERY

  • A final invoice will be generated once the sign-off on the project has been received. 

  • Once the final payment has been received, the high-quality image will be rendered and delivered via Email or Drop Box upon completion.

 

REVISIONS AND CHANGE ORDERS

*Revisions are part of the process and we will honor making small minor revisions within reason and not to exceed 1-hour total time each minor revision.

*Two major revisions not to exceed 20% of the original design or 4 hours total time.

*Major revisions requested after 75% project completion will require more time and must be negotiated.
