Founder and CEO

Robert F. Williams retired from the military in 1981 with extensive personnel management and staff training experience. Attended Texas Tech University and graduated with a B.S. Degree in Park Administration (class of 1985) specializing in Landscape Contracting. This a specialized degree consisting of Landscape Architecture, Design and Construction. He minored in Construction Engineering Technology.

Robert has 15 plus years experience in the landscaping industry in Texas and California. This experience is a combination of working for large and medium companies and also being self employed. In 1990 as a member of the Texas Association of Landscape Contractors he passed the first ever (in Texas) Certified Landscape Professional Exam and is Charter Member #110.

In 1998 Robert moved to California to pursue new business interests. He passed the California Contractors exam in 2000 resulting in License C-27 # 786100.

Since then he has done consulting for residential and commercal property owners and worked for The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation as an Engineering Draftsman from which he is now retired.

Robert is using his specialized education and extensive management and training experience to good use by providing Landscape Design and Consulting Services to a host of clients.
